Egg stick noodles are versatile Chinese noodles. Enjoy in noodle soups, with stir fries or even with a simple dipping sauce. They are also perfect for dan dan noodles.

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes, then turn down to a simmer and cook until tender.
