Description
This dusting spoon, or icing sugar spoon, gives cooks more control when adding the finishing touches to cakes or biscuits. The dusting spoon is perfect for a light, and controlled coat of icing sugar, cinnamon or nutmeg.
It can also be used as a tea strainer and in some savoury recipes. For instance, cod pil-pil, which requires the spoon to make an emulsion out of olive oil and gelatine from cod skin. The small, handheld sieve is also easy to use, it ensures minimal-mess, and is dishwasher safe.
