The De Buyer Elastomoule flat bottom mini hemisphere mould is ideal for making homemade chocolates, boiled sweets or gummy candies. When turned out, the chocolates or sweets have a flat circular top that’s ideal for placing dainty decorations on.
De Buyer Elastomoule moulds are made from high quality silicone foam with metal powder. This means you get the same great golden-browning results as metal bakeware, but with the added non-stick benefits of silicone. The perforations in the mould are De Buyer’s patented R’System - they allow hot air to circulate to ensure perfectly even cooking. The silicone mould supports temperatures from -70°C to +300°C, so you can use it in the oven, in a bain marie, or in the freezer.

For best results, use the flat bottom mini hemisphere mould on a perforated baking tray. The mould makes 48 hemispheres that are each 1cm high and 2.5cm in diameter.
