Copperpot fudge is made in the picturesque Cornish town of St Ives. The Copperpot fudge shop first opened its doors in 1978, with Doreen and Ken Brian at the helm. Their son, David, helped Doreen develop their first family fudge recipe in a copper pot on their kitchen stove. Today, Copperpot is still in the family as David and his son Mark run the business.
