Chilli Jam Man Rib Tickler BBQ sauce is, as the name suggests, a fantastic glaze for spare ribs. Sticky, fruity and smoky with medium chilli heat, it’s also a great glaze for chicken wings and drumsticks.
Use Rib Tickler BBQ sauce as a dip straight from the bottle, too. It’s a great accompaniment to sausages, chips, and even battered gherkins. Or mix into a chilli con carne for layers of fruity, smoky depth.
The Chilli Jam Man, aka Simon from North Yorkshire, got a taste for fiery Southeast Asian condiments after spending a few years in Australia. When he got back to the UK, none of the chilli sauces or jams in the shops lived up to his memory of those hot, sweet and sour flavours. So, Simon decided to make his own. They were a big hit with friends, family and local markets, and it soon turned into a flourishing business.
The Chilli Jam Man has won 10 Great Taste Awards so far, and his Rib Tickler BBQ sauces can be found in pubs and restaurants across the country. Most of his sauces and jams are vegan and gluten free.
