Bruno Ferber pork rillettes are an indulgent alternative to pate as a starter or gourmet picnic treat. Simply spread on hunks of fresh baguette or crackers and serve with a few cornichons for an instant taste of France.
The specially selected cuts of pork belly are slowly cooked in pork fat with herbs, salt and pepper until the meat is meltingly tender. The pork is then shredded and mixed with some of the fat, before being potted and left to cool.

Once opened keep refrigerated. Remove from the fridge at least 2 hours before consuming.
