Spice up a chicken salad or add a fruity dimension to chilli con carne with a few dashes of ghost pepper & blueberry sauce. The fruitiness of the blueberries also makes it a surprisingly good accompaniment to venison, duck and pheasant, as it cuts through the richness of game.

And if you’re feeling adventurous, combine the hot sauce with sweeter flavours. Heat equal amounts of ghost pepper & blueberry sauce with maple syrup over a low-medium heat, until slightly reduced with a thick consistency. Pour over pancakes, waffles or even a bread and butter pudding for a sweet topping with a kick!
