Ferns' Bombay duck pickle is a pungent Indian condiment with a Bombay duck lizardfish flavour. The Bombay duck lizardfish is native to the waters surrounding Mumbai, and has a distinctive, potent flavour with makes a great accompaniment to poppadoms, wheat crackers, curries and breads.
Mrs. N Fernandes started making pickles and curry pastes in the sleepy town of Pune, high up in the Western Ghats, over 70 years ago.
Ingredients: Onions, sugar, sunflower oil, water, salt, green chillies, chilli powder, bombay duck flavouring (2.5%), acetic acid, cumin powder, turmeric powder, mustard. Contains mustard.
