Use this vegan pesto tossed simply through fresh linguine for a simple plant-based dish that is packed with flavour. It also makes a great marinade for tofu, or drizzled over fresh sourdough pizza for a note of fresh basil.
Ingredients: Basil paste (basil, sunflower oil, salt, ascorbic acid), extra virgin olive oil , haricot beans, sunflower oil, fresh spinach, garlic puree, fresh basil, pine kernels, inactive yeast.
