Use Beijing yellow noodles in a classic Chinese noodle soup with chicken, ginger and garlic.
Add the noodles to boiling water and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook the noodles for 4-5 minutes, or until tender. For more flavour, cook the noodles directly in boiling broth or stock.
