The Ross & Ross pork BBQ rub gives a mouth-watering savoury flavour to your barbecued pork.

Paprika is a fantastic partner for pork, and it only gets better when you factor in the charred, smoky flavours from a barbecue. So don’t be shy with this rub!

Rub a generous amount into a pork chop or even a whole shoulder to make pulled pork. Leave for at least an hour before cooking, but for best results leave the rub to work its magic overnight. Season the pork with a little extra sprinkle of salt right before you pop it on the barbecue.

Ingredients: paprika, celery salt, onion, pepper, sugar, coriander, basil. Contains allergens: celery.
