Description

Made of ceramic, the beans conduct heat evenly, just place pastry in a tin, line with baking paper or foil, add the beans and bake in the oven. Using beans ensures the pastry doesn’t shrink from the sides and stops bubbles forming on the pastry base. After you’ve used them, pour them into a bowl and let them cool before popping back in the tub.
