Alziari Cailletier olives with Herbes de Provence have rich and fragrant flavour. These Cailletier olives, which are also known as Taggiasca in Italian, make a great pre-dinner nibble or addition to salads. The fragrant floral flavours of the herbes de Provence cut through the rich and salty olive flavour. It gives them a freshness that works wonderfully in recipes, as well as irresistible straight from the packet.

The olives contain stones.

Nicolas Alziari began producing olive oil in Nice in 1868. In the 1980s, his descendants grew the Alziari business by offering other produce from Nice – like herbs, olives and homemade syrups. Today, the Nicolas Alziari company gives you the taste of Provence in your own kitchen with their range of local and family-made specialities.
