This 5-year Aged Shaoxing Rice Wine makes a fantastic end to an authentic Chinese feast. It’s also a key flavour in recipes such as 'Chairman Mao's Red Braised Pork' and 'Drunken Chicken’, as well as many Chinese marinades, soups and the filling for dumplings. The decorative jar makes a lovely gift too.
