This natural pomegranate puree makes a great mixer for cocktails. Try using this puree in a pomegrante martini for a touch of that sweet, slightly bitter pomegranate flavour. Pomegrante puree is also a useful ingredient in pâtisserie recipes, from pâtes de fruits to jams and jelly.
Funkin purees contain only the best fruit from around the world - no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or additives. This pomegranate puree has a sweet flavour with a familiar astringent note. The purees come in a pourable pouch with a re-sealable screw top lid for easy cocktail making.
