Description
The oven probe Dot thermometer with alarm alerts you when the desired temperature of food or even a barbecue is reached.
The dual display shows the current temperature in large digits, with the target temperature in smaller digits underneath. Use the arrows on either side of the display to set the target temperature. Then insert the probe, and a loud alarm will sound when it reaches the set temperature. At 70 decibels, you can be sure of hearing the alarm even in a busy environment.
The Dot has a water-resistant case that incorporates a stand – for sitting on a worktop – and magnets on the back – so you can keep it attached to the cool side of an oven or a barbecue leg in easy reach.
Every Dot thermometer comes with a 114mm penetration probe on a 1.2 metre stainless steel braided lead.

Please note that the thermometer has a plastic casing which has a melting temperature of 200°C. Do not attach directly onto a hot surface of an oven or BBQ as the casing will melt.
