Description
Nitrous oxide cream whipper chargers are used with a gourmet whipper or thermo whipper for aerating foams, creams, purees, sauces and soups.
This pack of 10 non-refillable whipper chargers should be used only in accordance with instructions. The casings are made of silver, recyclable steel and each contains a minimum of 11.4 ml of nitrous oxide under pressure. Each charger whips up to 0.5 litres of liquid.
