Kitano's meat tenderiser, or meat softener, contains enzymes which help break down the meat fibres during cooking, giving you more succulent cuts. It also includes spices to add extra flavour. Massage a little of the meat tenderiser into a cut of meat just 15 minutes before cooking – or mix it into a marinade along with oil and fresh herbs.
Ingredients: salt, manioc starch, garlic, onion, hydrogenated vegetable fat, papain (papaya enzyme), parsley, chives, white pepper, turmeric colouring, monosodium glutamate, antihumectant: silicon dioxide, acidulant: citric acid. Gluten free.
