Description

Lemon & dill flavour foam adds an instant modernist ‘wow-factor’ to fish and seafood dishes. Put a twist on smoked salmon or caviar canapes, or add an easy gourmet touch to a fish dish for a dinner party.

Before using the foam, immerse the canister in warm water – approx. 35-40°C – for a few minutes. Then shake the can vigorously for 5-10 seconds. Turn the can upside down to dispense the flavoured foam. Serve immediately – the foam will collapse if left to stand for too long. Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe the nozzle after each use and prevent blockages.

You can also try using the foam with cocktails. The subtle herby aniseed flavours of dill match well with anise-flavoured spirits such as pastis or Pernod, or even experiment with gin-based cocktails.

Ingredients: condiment of lemon juice and dill (white balsamic condiment, dil hydrolat [6.7%], lemon concentrate [4.4%], colour: yellow vegetable extract, preservative: potassium sorbate), palm vegetable oil, glucose syrup, emulsifier: E472a, soybean meal. Contains allergens: soya, sulphites.
