Use dashi stock ‘tea bags’ to make quick dashi stock. Add one bag to 800ml water and bring to the boil. Boil for 3-4 minutes and then remove the bag – your dashi stock is now ready to use! Add to miso for a warming soup, or even enjoy the healthy broth on its own with a hearty serving of noodles.

Ingredients: kelp (33%), smoked skipjack tuna (25%), shiitake mushroom, dried mackerel (14%), dried sardines (9%), salt. Store in a cool dry place and keep the main packet tightly sealed.
