Description
All domestic vacuum sealers need 'embossed' vacuum bags, or sous vide pouches - they have a slightly raised criss-cross pattern inside the bag to allow the vacuum machine to draw air out of the bag, and seal fully.
This large sized bag is perfect for a côte de boeuf or half a pork shoulder.
