Doves Farm gluten free white bread flour makes it easy to bake gluten free bread at home. The flour is a blend of rice, tapioca and potato flours.

The gluten free white bread flour includes a recipe for a classic white loaf, with instructions for bread makers as well as baking by hand.

This gluten free flour blend was created by Clare Marriage, founder of Doves Farm. It all started in 1978 when her mother was advised to follow a gluten free diet. In the late 70s this wasn’t so easy, so Clare made it her mission to make gluten free baking accessible for all. Her range of gluten free flours was developed to give results indistinguishable from breads and cakes made with wheat flour.

Ingredients: flour blend (rice, tapioca, potato), thickener: xanthan gum.
