De Buyer Stainless Steel Ribbon Piping Tip
Description
Use the De Buyer stainless-steel ribbon piping tip, or douille à ruban, to pipe the perfect stripe of chocolate glaze on an éclair. Or use the flat ribbon piping nozzle for edging large cakes.
The ribbon piping tip is 4.5cm high, 3cm wide with a 5mm thick opening. Use directly with disposable piping bags. De Buyer piping tips have permanent size markings on the side for easy identification, and are designed for intensive professional use.
Dishwasher safe.
