Clearspring Japanese teriyaki rice cakes are light & crispy baked snacks with the popular sweet-salty flavour of teriyaki sauce. They’re made to a classic recipe by the Ono family in Japan, who use only authentic, natural ingredients.

Take teriyaki rice cakes on the go in lunchboxes, on picnics, or while travelling. Or enjoy the rice cakes as part of a light lunch – top with cucumber or fresh tomato & cream cheese, or leftover roast chicken & mayo.

These Japanese rice cakes are made with wholegrain brown rice and teriyaki sauce – a mixture of tamari soy sauce and mirin. A hint of chilli powder gives the rice cakes a bit of a kick!

Ingredients: rice (63%), rice flour, water, brown rice syrup (brown rice, malted barley, water), rice bran, sesame seeds, tamari (soya beans, water, sea salt, mirin [sweet rice, water, cultured rice]), sea salt, chilli powder, umeboshi paste (Japanese ume plums, sea salt, perilla leaves).
