Clearspring Japanese sea veg rice cakes are light & crispy baked snacks with the salty-umami flavours of seaweed. They’re made to a classic recipe by the Ono family in Japan, who use only authentic, natural ingredients.

Take sea veg rice cakes on the go in lunchboxes, on picnics, or while travelling. Or enjoy the rice cakes as part of a light lunch – top with tuna mayo, cream cheese, or avocado with a sprinkle of chilli.

These Japanese rice cakes are made with wholegrain brown rice and three types of seaweed – wakame, kombu and nori. Tamari soy sauce and mirin give the rice cakes a touch of sweetness.

Ingredients: rice (63%), rice flour, water, brown rice syrup (brown rice, malted barley, water), rice bran, tamari (soya beans, water, sea salt, mirin [sweet rice, water, cultured rice]), sea vegetables (wakame, kombu, green nori flakes) (1%), sea salt. Contains allergens: gluten (barley), soya.
