This caramel velvet spray brings a flawless velvety golden caramel powder-effect coating to desserts, yule logs, ice-creams, and cakes... Use the caramel velvet spray can instead of a chocolate spray gun to create a fine mist finish on any patisserie. The caramel velvet finish not only looks spectacular, but also creates a very fine outer layer to help keep patisserie moist. White velvet spray, red velvet spray and chocolate velvet spray are also available.

Immerse the can in warm water for 30 minutes before use; and place the dessert into the freezer at least 20 minutes before spraying. 

Ingredients: Sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat, cocoa powder, lecithin (emulsifier), E129. Propellant gas: butane
