Gochugaru Chilli Recipes For Colourful Korean Food
Gochugaru chilli is used in many Korean recipes. Use your gochugaru chilli flakes in Kimchi or Korean steak tartare, or season Korean pancakes and cucumber sangchae with this warming chilli. The pepper powder has a bright red flavour which colours dishes such as kimchi and gives them a distinctive orange hue.
