Korean yuzu tea is often consumed to relieve the symptoms of colds and flus. Korean yuzu tea comes in the form of a sweet but tart marmalade, made from yuzu and honey. One or two teaspoons dissolve in a cup of hot water to make a delightfully perfumed and soothing hot drink.

This thick yuzu syrup is made with both the flesh and peel of the yuzu fruit. We’ve found that once you finish a cup of Korean yuzu tea eating the pieces of tangy yuzu peel at the bottom becomes almost as enjoyable as the tea itself!

Ingredients Serves: 1

  • 1-2 tsp Korean yuzu tea
  • Small sprig of rosemary (optional)

Method

  1. Simply add the yuzu tea and rosemary to a mug of freshly boiled water.
  2. Stir well to dissolve the yuzu tea and serve.
