The Ross & Ross beef BBQ rub is a medley of chillies and spices to make your steak really sizzle on the barbecue. Three Mexican chillies – ancho, chipotle and guajillo – come together in harmony for a hot and smoky flavour.

Rub a generous amount into a steak or even beef brisket. Leave for at least an hour before cooking, but for best results leave the rub to work its magic overnight. Season the beef with a little extra sprinkle of salt right before you pop it on the barbecue.

Ingredients: paprika, ancho chilli, chipotle chilli, guajillo chilli, coriander, mushroom powder, celery salt, garlic, onion, pepper, allspice, sugar, bay, oregano. Contains allergens: celery.
