The Ross & Ross Moroccan lamb BBQ rub gives an irresistibly aromatic and savoury flavour to barbecued lamb.

The rub is packed with fragrant spices like cinnamon, cardamom, rose petals and nutmeg. As the aromas rise from the barbecue, you’ll be transported to a Moroccan spice market.

Rub a generous amount into a lamb chop or even a whole shoulder. Leave for at least an hour before cooking, but for best results leave the rub to work its magic overnight. Season the lamb with a little extra sprinkle of salt right before you pop it on the barbecue.

Ingredients: paprika, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cumin, pepper, cloves, rose petals, nutmeg, allspice, mace, galangal, chilli.
