Hi, I’m Nicola Lando, and it was while working at a Michelin-starred kitchen in London that the importance of ingredient quality became painfully clear to me.
Finding the best producers is like a treasure hunt. A small family producer in Italy may make the most delightfully delicate olive oil, but because their expertise is olive oil making and not marketing, you may never hear about them.
And that’s a tragedy.
It’s what we’re fixing. Our team of 12 spends 8 hours a day foraging for and taste-testing the very best.
