Yutaka yuzu citrus sauce is an award-winning blend of yuzu, lemon and orange. The refreshing, floral citrus notes of this yuzu seasoning are great paired with grilled fish, chicken and seaweed salads.
Yutaka yuzu citrus sauce is laced with heady floral, lime blossom aromas making it the perfect dressing for salads - try drizzling the yuzu dressing over a refreshing wakame and cucumber salad. Yuzu citrus sauce is also a key ingredient for making ponzu dipping sauce and makes a great cocktail mixed with sake, vodka and tonic water.
This delightful bottle of yuzu citrus sauce comes with a small booklet with three recipes. Store in a cool, dry place. Once open refrigerate and use within 4 weeks.
Ingredients: Yuzu juice (57%), orange juice (water, concentrated orange juice), rice wine vinegar (water, rice, salt), lemon juice concentrate (preservative: sodium metabisulphite (sulphites)), sugar, antioxidant [ascorbic acid], thickener [xanthan gum].
Allergy advice: For allergens including cereals containing gluten see ingredients in bold.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Once opened refrigerate and use within 4 weeks. Shake well before use. Natural colour variation may occur over time. This will not affect the product quality.
