The venison in this salami comes from the Spanish mountains of Picos de Europa. Made with venison loin, pork loin, Iberico pork belly, garlic and spices, the whole salami is then lightly smoked to cure it. The venison gives a gamey, earthy flavour to the salami and finishes with a hint of smokiness. The venison salami is delicious on its own as a snack, or serve slices as part of a cold meat platter. Also serve the venison salami with salty olives as part of an antipasti selection.

A smoky Venison Chorizo is also available.
