The Venchi gianduja with hazelnuts bar puts a crunchy twist on the original gianduja. Whole toasted Piedmont hazelnuts are studded throughout the smooth and creamy gianduja, for a delightful contrast of textures. Each bite of whole hazelnut momentarily intensifies the nutty flavours. Venchi recommend pairing this chocolate with a dry white wine, to balance out the creamy sweetness of the gianduja. It is also a great accompaniment to a strong coffee – but it’s very tempting to eat it straight from the box!

Silvano Venchi founded the confectionery company Venchi in the 1800s from his artisan chocolate shop in Turin, Piedmont. Silvano grew up in the birthplace of gianduja, and was passionate about chocolate from the moment he was first able to watch a local chocolate-maker at work. When he turned 16 years old, Silvano got a job in a confectioner’s workshop – and his career began. Today Venchi produces over 350 speciality chocolates, all renowned for the same passion, quality and craftsmanship.

Ingredients: Piedmont hazelnut paste (28.3%), sugar, Piedmont hazelnuts (15%), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour. Contains allergens: buts, milk, soy. Naturally gluten free.
