Uncorrupted Veg Stock, 105g
Description
Uncorrupted veg stock is a powerful vegetable stock that’s made with a whopping 75% organic vegetables. Just one teaspoon is enough to add rich, vegetable depth to soups or sauces.
Many ready-made vegetable stocks contain more salt, sugar and starch than actual vegetables. 9 Meals from Anarchy thought this was a bit odd, so they set out to make the most vegetable-packed ready-made stock they could. And not only is it full of vegetables, but they’re all organic, too.
As a guideline, stir 1 teaspoon of uncorrupted veg stock into 500ml hot water for a flavourful stock. For a bigger hit of vegetable flavour, particularly in soups, just use more stock. For a subtler flavour, use less. Easy!
9 Meals from Anarchy is the creation of Mat Smee and Tom Whitley, also known as the The Natural Veg Men. They grow high quality, organic produce in Cheshire. They even supply top restaurants with their veg, like The Chef’s Table in Chester.
