Mix sweetened chestnut paste with whipped cream to make the filling for a chestnut cream cake – a popular cake in patisseries in China and Japan.
You can also use the chestnut paste on its own to make chestnut mochi, or even to fill dorayaki – Japanese sweet pancake sandwiches.
Ingredients: white bean, sugar, water, chestnut (3.5%), soybean oil, sweet potato starch. Contains allergens: soya.
