Likened to caviar, the flavour pearls are luxurious spheres of juice encased in a gossamer fine gel which burst in the mouth.

Each 50g jar contains 10-15 portions. Refrigerate after opening and use within seven days.
Ingredients: Strawberry puree 70% (sugar, strawberry puree, flavouring, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, thickening agent: pectin; colouring agent E129), water, gelling agents: calcium chloride, sodium alginate; preservative: potassium sorbate; colouring agent: concentrated beetroot juice.
