Andalucian basil olive oil is made by cold-pressing fresh basil with Arbequina olives to release the basil’s own essential oils, giving a freshness and depth of flavour not usually found in infused oils. Drizzle the basil oil over pizzas and pasta just before serving, or try over grilled chicken with a squeeze of lemon. Also try the Andalucian basil olive oil in salad dressings, or drizzle straight over slices of mozzarella and tomato. You can also use the basil oil in place of normal olive oil when making pesto for an extra hit of fragrant basil.

The Spanish Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is also available with Lemons from Murcia, Oranges from Valenica, Garlic and Chilli.
