SousVide Supreme Zip Sealer Pouches with valve are designed to work with the SousVide Supreme Zip Sealer.

These Zip Sealer Pouches combine the convenience of a zip closure pouch with a sealer valve to evacuate air for sous vide cooking and food storage. The sealer valve is designed to fit the suction nozzle of the SousVide Supreme Zip Sealer. Certified as food-safe and stable at cooking temperatures, these pouches have a thickness of 0.14 to 0.2 mm, and are ideal for sous vide cooking, as well as marinating, refrigerating and freezing food portions.

Instructions:

  1. Put food into a Zip Sealer Pouch and seal the zip closure at the top of the pouch with your hands.
  2. Put the pouch on a flat surface, and place the zip sealer's suction nozzle on the sealer valve on the pouch.
  3. Continuously depress the zip-seal button on the sealer to activate the suction function. Release the button when the air has been evacuated and the pouch has shrunk around the food.
  4. Gently press the center of the valve with your finger to complete the sealing process.
  5. Submerge the pouch in the water bath, or refrigerate or freeze for later use.
