Pure pistachio paste for patisserie & ice cream

Use Sicilian 100% pistachio paste to make smooth fillings for patisserie or to make the best pistachio ice cream. Sicilian pistachios are stronger and slightly sharper in taste than their Middle Eastern counterparts, due the volcanic soil in eastern Sicily where the pistachio trees are cultivated. The Sicilian pistachios are ground until an almost perfectly smooth paste is created. Fold the vibrant green paste into whipped cream to fill sumptuous eclairs, macarons, cannoli or choux buns – but you must try a small bit on a spoon first to experience the intense pistachio flavour!
