The kit comes with instructions for using the three included curing mixes: old English, Cotswolds Chorizo and British BBQ. Also included are plastic gloves, sealable bags, muslin and a butcher’s hook.

Ingredients: Old English Cure – salt, organic demerara sugar, juniper, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, black pepper, star anise, cinnamon, fennel, Szechuan pepper, preservative: sodium nitrite. Cotswolds Chorizo Cure – salt, sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, chilli flakes, cumin, coriander, preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. British BBQ Cure – salt, sugar, smoke flavouring, acidity regulator: sodium carbonate, preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. British BBQ Spice Rub – chilli powder, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, black pepper, mustard powder. Contains allergens: mustard.
