Newton & Pott have also added chilli flakes, providing a welcome tickle of heat that cuts through the sweetness of the onions. Also enjoy the red onion chutney with creamy cheeses such as brie, or use as the base for a goat’s cheese and vegetable tart. Founded by Kylee Newton, author of The Modern Preserver, Newton & Pott pair a passion for artisanal preserving methods with a creative spirit. Their experiments with seasonal fruits & vegetables and world flavours has led to a range of exotic new preserves as well as modern twists on old favourites. All Newton & Pott products are made in small batches and are dependent on the availability of fresh, high quality ingredients – this has shaped a vibrant range that changes with the seasons.
