Monin caramel flavour sauce is specially made so you can mix hot or cold drinks, with real rich caramel. Try the Monin caramel sauce in a latte or milkshake. Or make decadent caramel based cocktails, as the caramel sauce mixes perfectly with cold liquids. And - for a treat - squeeze over ice creams and desserts.
Ingredients: Skimmed sweetened condensed milk (26.7%), sugar, water, glucose syrup, caramel, butter (4.2%), modified starch E1442, natural flavourings, colouring agent: E150a, salt, emulsifying agent: E471, preservative agent E202, acidifying agent: citric acid. Caramel content: 8%.
