White miso with dashi is a fermented bean paste mixed with a fish-based stock. Miso and dashi are at the heart of Japanese cuisine, forming the base of miso soup. 

Simply stir 2 tablespoons of this white miso with dashi into a cup of boiling water to make miso soup. Then add seaweed, mushroom, noodles and tofu. This versatile ingredient is also great in light vinaigrette dressings for salads and side dishes, as well as sauces or glazes for white fish.

Ingredients: Water, soybeans (31%), rice, salt, banito extract, kelp extract, flavour enhancer E621, alcohol. Contains soya and fish. Please note brand may differ from product in photograph depending on availability.
