Fudge Kitchen liquid fudge in a jar is the ultimate way to turn everyday desserts, snacks and even fruit into something luxuriously indulgent. This thick and creamy liquid caramel fudge has a sprinkle of Anglesey sea salt added to balance the sinfully sweet sauce. Enjoy the liquid salted caramel fudge sauce hot or cold – drizzle over ice cream sundaes, profiteroles or pancakes, dunk slices of apple, use as a gooey centre for cupcakes, or even use to coat popcorn for a delightfully sticky snack at parties.

The Fudge Kitchen have been making fudge in Kent for over 30 years. Their basic fudge recipe dates back to the 1800s, and they still make their fudge by hand in traditional copper vats and on marble slabs. They take inspiration from the original American recipes that use thick whipping cream instead of butter for a softer, creamier texture.

Ingredients: sugar, whipping cream, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, caramel (6.5%) (sugar, glucose syrup, water), dextrose, sea salt (0.6%), stabiliser: xanthan gum. Contains allergens: milk.
