Pork stock seasoning powder is used across South East Asia to flavour soups, fried fish and vegetables and stews. Add a teaspoon to the filling for bò lá lốt (beef betel leaf rolls) to intensify the beef flavours, or stir into phở broth to add richness.  

To make a broth or soup base use 2 teaspoons of stock powder per 1 litre of water. To use in frying, use 1 teaspoon per 500g of vegetables, meat or fish.

Ingredients: salt (10.5%), flavour-regulating substance [sodium glutamate-E621] (0.5%), refined sugar (25%), starch [SO2 < 150ppm] (15.5%), tenderloin & first water of tibia which is stewed and boiled down & pork (1.9%), synthetic pork flavouring [egg, soya, thin milk flour] (5.5%), fat, flavour-regulating substance [sodium glutamate-E631, sodium glutamate-E627], yeast extracted flour (15.6%), protein flour fermented from soybeans [soya, wheat flour] (25%), synthetic colour [beta-carotine-E160ai] (0.5%). Contains allergens: egg, soya, milk, wheat (gluten).
