Hen top egg cutters cleanly slice the top off a boiled egg, leaving the shell in a sharp, clean line. They work in a single movement, and are the only way to ensure professional kitchen-precision. Use in the kitchen, or even at the table, encouraging diners to interact by ‘decapitating’ their own egg.

To use, rest egg in an egg cup. Place round cutting blade on top of the egg, and hold in place with one hand. Pull up the black ball with the other hand, and release. The impact of the ball falling will create a hairline crack around the egg, so you can peel away the shell. It can take a few eggs to get the hang of it!
