Essential Cuisine duck glace adds fabulous depth of flavour to your dishes in seconds. The heavily reduced richly flavoured duck stock is a magical storecupboard ingredient. Give your sauces and marinades tremendous richness and a great hit of flavour. The duck glace has been developed by chefs for chefs. 

You'll find many uses for the Essential Cuisine duck glace:

  • Dilute with water - 25g per litre - to make up a duck stock for a richer tasting broth
  • Intensify flavours in sauces & salads: stir a little duck glace into an orange sauce to serve with pan-seared duck breasts, or mix a little into an orange dressing for a duck salad
  • Brush the duck glace onto duck legs or breasts before grilling for a richly flavoured and deeply coloured glaze, or drizzle over cooked dishes
