Description

Coloured soy papers are translucent sheets of soybean used for wrapping spring rolls and sushi. The pack includes two of each naturally coloured sheet: turmeric yellow, spinach green, paprika orange, sesame-studded and 'original'.

Coloured soy paper is a fun alternative to nori, with a melt-in-the-mouth quality. They also have a more natural taste than nori wrappers, which appeal to sushi lovers who don’t like seaweed! No preservatives are used in the soybean protein sheets – only natural colorants.

Ingredients: Soybean protein, soy flour, glycerol, soybean oil, water, spinach extract color (polusorbate 80, spinach extract, sunflower oil, glycerol, ascorbyl palmitate, DL alpha tocopherol); paprika extract color (glycerol, paprika, deionized water, sucrose esters, mono & diglycerides of fatty acids, ascorbyl palmitate, dl alpha tocopherol); turmeric extract color (propylene glycol, curcumin); sesame seeds, titanium dioxide color (glucose syrup [wheat], titanium dioxide, deionized water, gum acacial).
