Adjustable Pastry Roller

Description

This adjustable pastry cutter cuts pastry strips with perfectly parallel patterned edges. Set to the finest setting, the roller would be used for lattice-work to top many traditional European desserts. For example the Italian 'pastiera Napoletana', a Neapolitan Easter cake made from eggs, wheat grains and ricotta, or even a treacle tart. Alternatively set at a wider setting to cut a large piece of pastry into perfect wavy-edged squares for individual tarts. Or even to cut a large sheet of pasta into individual ravioli shapes. 

Cuts strips from 27mm wide to 105mm wide.
